Arts & Performance

{{youtube:medium:right|LcNUHXkvnKU}}ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É students have never met a stage they didn't like. In fact, the first theatre in America was built in Williamsburg in 1716, and 20 years later a group of ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É students staged the first student play.

Whether it's attending a night of comedy improv, installing a new exhibit at the Muscarelle Museum or Andrews Gallery or watching a friend's fusion dance team competition, ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É students, faculty and the community immerse themselves in the experience.

The Joy of Performing

“I knew I needed to go to a school that allowed me to continue my musical hobbies without needing to major in it. ÑÇÖÞÉ«°É was all I needed — a place to expand on my interests in political science and issues in the Spanish-speaking world as well as continue my joy of performing.”

— Oscar Lazo ’25, government major and Hispanic studies minor from Centreville, VA
