Full Description
Beginning Monday May 19th, If you have a current 2024-25 student parking decal and will be on campus for research or either Summer Session you may exchange it for the appropriate one that aligns with your residence status or you may continue to use it and park as you have all year long in spaces appropriate for the type of decal you have. Freshmen and sophomores with Restricted decals may also exchange them since the underclassmen restriction is not in effect during summer months. This transaction must be completed in person (not through the online portal) and there is an administrative fee to exchange a decal of $15.
Students without a decal regardless of social class may purchase a summer decal valid through Aug 31st. The cost for a summer decal is $61.
Remember, all normal parking rules remain in effect throughout the summer. Decals or temp passes are required even after 5:00 PM.
Students:
- During the summer months student social class restrictions are not in effect. Any year student can purchase a summer decal.
- Summer decals will be available online beginning Monday May 19th.
- The prorated cost of a summer decal is $61 and is valid through Aug 31st. This price is dependent on date of purchase and is only visible once added to the shopping cart and check out.
- To renew for the fall freshmen and sophomores must submit an exception to policy request on or after Jul 1st and be approved to purchase a restricted use decal for the 25-26 academic session.
- Student 25-26 decals will be available online for sale starting Monday Aug 4th. Please note decals are non-refundable purchases. Review all options before committing to this purchase.
Faculty & Staff:
- Faculty & Staff members returning to campus fulltime this summer may purchase F/S decals online using the T2 Parking portal.
- Decals are prorated from date of sale forward.
- Upon check out you will have the option to pay in full or begin a new payroll deduction. The prorated value of the decal is only visible during the check out phase since it is based on your Tier (1-6) and date of purchase in relation to the next payroll cutoff date.
- Decals once purchased are valid through the end of the decal period (Aug 31st).
- F/S members may begin to purchase the 25-26 decals on Monday Jul 21st however they will not be effective for use until Monday Aug 25th.
All other payment and credentials (daily pass bundles & hourly pay by phone options) remain available for those on campus occasionally who opt not to purchase an annual decal.
